I opened my new st-1 and the rod end was already broken. I e-mailed support twice,with the receipt, called and left a message, still nothing. I know the part is inexpensive but isn't thay what a warranty is for? What does it take to get action? I have been in the rc hobby for 25+ years and this customer service is the worst I ever had.

tcflyr...you should talk to Rocky McCarter. His email: Rocky@acehobby.com He's the customer service manager. Don't waste your time with Chad. When he didn't do his job, Rocky stepped up to the plate and took care of my customer service issues.
