I sent you guys a contact last week when i saw this.  No reply.  Are these being sent out to everyone, or what?  I know you had originally sent me some replacements, that were NON updated.  They lasted about 1 lap.

Well ThermalRD as you know because you have being thru the process, in
order to do that get in contact with us via phone call or C/S email at
Anthony@acehobby.com he is the supervisor for customer service so it is
up to you on how to get these replacements.

Now i dont mean to come off rude, but did you even read the post before replying?  I stated that i already contacted CS, and had no reply.  I did just as i did the first time around, and sent links to pics of the receipt again.

Anthony must be horribly busy (or maybe he doesn't care), since I'm still waiting for him to return my call from back from early February. Left a detailed message about a problem and the guy still hasn't called me back.

I'm selling this truck for 1 reason, ACE HOBBY. I love the truck, its handling, options, and everything. The problem is the company distributing them couldn't be worse. Problem is they took too long to solve this problem and my other problem was never even handled because Anthony never tried returning my phone call.

Some day ThunderTiger/Ace Hobby might learn as a company from one simple phrase, "It's easier to retain a customer than find a new one".

required for us to warranty your parts, I do apologize about the
inconvinience and we will take care of your issues. If you have any other

They should however if you happen to receive the and ST-1 with out it
please get in contact with our Customer Service deparment. At
service@acehobby.com or give us a call with your proof-of-purchase and
your personal information so we could get them out to you as soon as
possible.
