No, high speed 5.5 turns to start with and lean it from there if you feel that you meed to.  Low speed 2.5 turns approx.

Dave, the picture in the post isn't working anymore and also those setting will not work very well with the EK4.  The ones I posted below do work in 95% of situations though.

The largest screw that there is on the carb body controls the "mid range" settings of the motor (I put that in quotes because it really doesn't it controls a spray setting and some other weird stuff I don't really understand) it is the one below the high speed needle.

You want to have that screw so that the face of the screw (top of it) is flush with the body of the carb.  Usually it is that way from the factory and you do not have to touch it, but if you have (or yours didn't come that way) that's where you want it set at.
